Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations
received at least 5 business days prior to the training are
refunded less a $20 administration fee. Cancellations received less than 5
business days to the training, a credit will be issued for a future training. If you
register and do not attend, you are still liable for the full payment. Substitutions of
who attends may be made at any time.

If cancellation is made due to weather related conditions, a credit will be issued
for the rescheduled future training unless otherwise agreed upon.  

Sponsoring a Training
If your department hires Mr. Johnson for a training (sponsors), half of the agreed
upon amount is due within a week of the scheduling to secure the training date/s.
The other half of the training fee is due no later than on the last day of the
training. The deposit (half of the fee) will be used for travel expenses. If the
training is cancelled or rescheduled, the travel expenses are nonrefundable
unless the travel companies refund the money.

If the training is cancelled less than one month prior to the training (20 business
days), only half of the training fee is refundable. If the training is rescheduled and
travel expenses were either not refundable from the previously scheduled
training or if the travel expenses are more than the previously scheduled training
dates, your company is responsible to prepay the travel expense difference
before travel arrangements will be made.
