SPONSORING YOUR
OWN TRAINING
As a sponsor for a training.
What this typically involves:
providing a place to hold the
training
arranging for refreshments
providing copies of the handouts
assisting in advertising to the
appropriate agencies
What is provided to you as a Sponsor:
All of the training handouts to be
copied

A flat daily rate for the training; this
generally saves you money and
allows for more of your staff to
attend versus paying per person

Having more control over the
training to tailor the presentations
Costs for the presenter include:
  • a flat daily rate

  • travel expenses (includes
    air, hotel, and meal
    allowance); these are paid
    upfront by the sponsoring
    agency

  • Training fees are due no
later than the first day of the
    training
