"Excellent course. Even though I don't actually investigate sex crimes anymore, the course content was
very useful especially since I currently work with young kids and schools.

"Frankly when command placed me in this training, my first inclination was to wonder who I had pissed
off now. I have a strong dislike for investigating sex offenses, but for some weird reason, I also have a
history of drawing some of the most strange and extraordinary criminal sexual conduct complaints.
People are aware of it and it's a running joke, so I figured I made someone mad and they stuck me in
here. It actually turned out to be some of the most interesting and best training I've attended. I
benefited from this more than I could have anticipated, and I'm very thankful I was able to participate. It
was a privilege, and I would recommend it to police officers in any capacity."

"This class as a whole was great and very entertaining, which was mainly the fault of Scott Johnson. He
found a way to train with dignity on the topics but remained comically acceptable. I would like a bit more
video/audio where we could identify detecting truth from deception, or better yet, actual interviews
conducted by S. Johnson."
