PayPal processes all of my online payments. However, you do not have to be a PayPal member. Simply follow the payment instructions and when asked if you want to use PayPal, say “yes”. When finished it will ask to save your information- click on “NO”.
Please make sure that payment is made prior to the training dates.
Use the website to utilize PayPal or send check to the address indicated on the confirmation form you receive.
You can also request an invoice from Square to make a secure payment.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be received at least 10 business days prior to the training. For cancellations received less than 10 business days to the training, a credit will be issued for any future training. If you register and do not attend, you are still liable for full payment. Substitutions for whom attends may be made at any time. If cancellation is made due to weather-related conditions, a credit will be issued for the rescheduled future training unless otherwise agreed upon.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be made if the individual cancels at least 10 business days prior to the training.
LATE PAYMENTS
Any payment that is more than 30 days late (30 days past the training date) may be subject to an 18% penalty.
DISCOUNTED RATES
Early and discounted rates only apply when payment for registration has been received prior to the training date. Any registration fee received after the training date may be charged at the full fee registration rate.
PURCHASE ORDERS
All training registration fees are due on or before the first day of the class unless otherwise agreed upon.
All agencies utilizing purchase orders must contact Mr. Johnson to make acceptable arrangements for payment prior to the first day of the class.
Please be aware that discounts for “early registration” apply only to those registered and paid for by the specified date. Late payments may result in the registrant paying full fee.
IF PAYING BY PURCHASE ORDER- YOU ARE EXPECTED TO PAY ALL FEES FOR REGISTRATION EVEN IF YOUR OFFICER/S DO NOT ATTEND IF THE REGISTRATION IS NOT CANCELLED 10 BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR TO THE TRAINING.
SPONSORED TRAINING
Training that is sponsored is considered a “private” training. The agency is responsible for advertising and may include any number of participants. Cancelled sponsored training must be cancelled at least four weeks in advance for a refund. Any cancellation that occurred in less than one month in advance will forfeit the deposit, which is half of the training cost.
