PayPal processes all of my online payments. However, you do not have to be a PayPal member. Simply follow the payment instructions and when asked if you want to use PayPal, say “yes”. When finished it will ask to save your information- click on “NO”.
Please make sure that payment is made prior to the training dates.
Use the website to utilize PayPal or send check to the address indicated on the confirmation form you receive.
You can also request an invoice from Square to make a secure payment.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations received at least 10 business days prior to the training are refunded less a $20 administration fee. For cancellations received less than 10 business days to the training, a credit will be issued for any future training. If you register and do not attend, you are still liable for the full payment. Substitutions of who attends may be made at any time. If cancellation is made due to weather related conditions, a credit will be issued for the rescheduled future training unless otherwise agreed upon.
PURCHASE ORDERS
1. All training registration fees are due on or before the first day of the class.
2. All agencies utilizing purchase orders must contact Mr. Johnson to make acceptable arrangements for payment prior to the first day of the class.
3. If utilizing a purchase order and arrangements have not been approved by Mr. Johnson, the attendees may have to pay full price for attending the training with no discount for early registration or multiple attendees.
4. Please be aware that discounts for “early registration” apply only to those registered and paid for by the specified date. Late payments may result in the registrant paying full fee.
5. ALL PURCHASE ORDERS MUST BE ARRANGED WITH MR. JOHNSON PRIOR TO THE TRAINING.
6. FEES ARE DUE NO LATER THAN THE FIRST DAY OF The TRAINING UNLESS OTHERWISE AGREED UPON.
7. IF PAYING BY PURCHASE ORDER- YOU ARE EXPECTED TO PAY ALL FEES FOR REGISTRATION EVEN IF YOUR OFFICER/S DO NOT ATTEND IF THE REGISTRATION IS NOT CANCELLED 10 BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR TO THE TRAINING. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR REGISTRATION FEE REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THEY ATTEND (unless cancelled 10 business days prior to the training), THEN YOU WOULD BE REQUIRED TO PAY FOR ANY AND ALL REGISTRATIONS MADE
REFUNDS
Refunds will be made if the individual cancels at least 10 business days prior to the training.
LATE PAYMENTS
Any payment that is more than 30 days late (30 days past the training date) may be subject to a 18% penalty.
DISCOUNTED RATES
Early and discounted rates only apply when payment for registration has been received prior to the training date. Any registration fee received after the training date may be charged at the full fee registration rate.
